I'm not ashamed to say that the first two or three seasons of Grey's Anatomy was pretty good.

Probably nostalgia but I preferred that show to ER.

ER was always so frantic. Every episode started with some trauma victim being rushed into the ER and the doctors acted like they've never seen this shite before. What do we do? Oh, he's going rogue, he's going rogue, we've never seen this shite before...He's pounding the chest and incubating. They also made the ER look like EVERYONE had almost just been murdered by Jason.

Most ER's, some guy cut his pinkie toe off.

Never liked or watched much of ER.

St. Elsewhere was story driven, ER was actor/character driven.
