Are you saying that is a negative or a positive?

Looking at a new neighborhood called Copper Creek. Anybody know anything about it?

Side question for people who know about the area - my family has almost 200 years of history in the Mauldin/Fountain Inn area but I haven't been there in probably 15 years or more. Mostly farmland and old people when I was a kid.

Sounds like those are pretty decent/pleasant "suburbs" of Greenville now?

It depends on the person I suppose. If you're moving from a more liberal city like Portland, Austin, Asheville, etc., it would be a negative. Otherwise, it's probably a non-factor. Overall, it's a great city.

I have passed it. It’s pretty nice . I think those are pretty well built homes. Don’t think you could go wrong there

Scrims, I live 2 miles from copper creek in coachman plantation. Also built by mungo, but you are on bigger lots here.
I have 4 kids, the oldest two in 2nd grade and kindergarten. They go to Rudolph Gordon, which we absolutely love, and was expanded to have a middle school on the campus so our kids will go there through 8th grade before going to the new fountain inn high.

We love our house, and our neighborhood has probably 50 kids between 3 and 10 years old and adding more every day. Great neighbors, great school.

I used to work about a mile from top golf. 15 min commute when school wasn’t in and about 20-25 when school is in
