I get it man, but we have so many other issues that are far more important than death row. We can get back to that later. For the time being, this state has to be put back on the rails. If Rispone can do it, I don't care if he won't be putting down criminals.

How is the state off the rails? It seems no worse than it's ever been. At least the parts a Louisiana governor / legislature can control.
