Joe DiGenova: Judge Napolitano Is A "Fool," Trump Did Not Commit Or Admit To A Crime

For those that missed it over the last two nights, Tucker Carlson had Joe DiGenova on his show. Joe, as a former U.S. Attorney, led the prosecution of Jonathan Pollard, who pleaded guilty in 1987 to spying for Israel.
He also led investigations into corruption in the administration of Washington, D.C., Mayor Marion Barry that led to convictions of 12 officials, including two deputy mayors.
DiGenova later served as DOJ Independent Counsel investigating the 1992 pre-election search of then-candidate Bill Clinton's passport file by officials of the George H. W. Bush administration, concluding that the passport search had been "stupid, dumb and partisan," but not illegal.
On Carson's show, he disputed (and totally eviscerated) Judge Napolitano's assertions made on several Fox programs that President Trump was guilty of a felony, notably on Toddy's show.
Toddy, later incensed, went on the air and had an epic soy boy melt!
Tucker toyed with him last night like a cat playing with a mouse. He enjoyed it way too much!
DiGinova on Tucker's show

I think Judge Nap lost his mind when he lost the weight.

Extreme weight loss is a known symptom of TDS, so is extreme weight gain.

I don't know how much credibility Napolitano had before November 2016, but he's destroyed it since then.
And he's one of many.

Shep Smith has let emotion overcome rational judgment. He used to be the opposite of that. Back when I first started watching his show in the early-00s, the line he so often used was: "We report, you decide." Whatever happened to that? And how dare he accuse the attorney who went on Tucker's show the other night of being partisan while sitting next to one.
Judge Napolitano is far from being an unbiased source himself. He supported Trump until he didn't get a spot on the Supreme Court. Now he hates the guy and has been coming out against him every chance he gets. If Shep is going to accuse DiGenova of being biased due to his support for Trump, he might want to be fair and balanced by pointing out the fact that Napolitano has an axe to grind himself.

Hey does anyone know if there was blowback today (Thursday) from Toddy? I can hardly wait till 7:00 to see if Tucker keeps up the pressure on Toddy and the dyed hair judge.

I’m still trying to figure out how he ever thought he had a shot at that. Dude was a Superior Court judge in New Jersey before he became a tv pundit.

Something happened to the Judge.

Lol yeah it did. He pointed out, on air, that it was a former British spy that supplied the dossier to the right people to get the "surveillance" started on the Trump campaign. He got suspended when the Brits complained about him pointing that out. When he came back from suspension, he suddenly had a scorching case of TDS

Toddy has become insufferable
You're right that he wasn't like this 10 years ago

From what I've learned about Hunter Biden he is an extreme screw up.......his brother Beau had the job of cleaning up Hunter's mistakes. I absolutely believe that Hunter Biden was too stupid to do anything in the Ukraine.....Pop got him the job, Hunter just collected the money. Hunter was such a screw up that Georgetown Law asked him to leave after a year.....that's after Joe pulled strings to get him in after pulling strings to keep him in undergraduate. Yale then stepped in and allowed Hunter in. Joe probably stepped in to keep Hunter financially liquid due to the fact that at the time he was going through a nasty divorce and shacking up up with another woman.......Hunter had to pay a lot in his divorce settlement because he was stoned most of the time and blew through the money....then compounded his stupidity by getting "together" with Beau's widow, then while doing that he got caught shtooping some girl from Arkansas....and got her pregnant.
The dude fails upward....sort of like Beto O'Rourke. Joe shook down the Ukraine to protect his son's paycheck

I cringed when he threw out the “partisan” jab as though anyone is stupid enough to not notice he and Nap both are partisan as hell.

Honestly, when he came out of the closet he changed. In doing so he has aligned himself with the LGBT.... politics of the democrats. Now on the other had Rick Grenell and Guy Benson (German ambassador & Fox and radio politics type) are both out of the closet gay men. Both are conservative. Neither allowed themselves to become parties to groupthink.
