Go get him Orgeron. Dude is from SE Texas. I’m a fan of Brennan but this guy is legit. Would be scary in our offense.

How can anyone be 100% sold on Brennan at this point.
He may improve and be the guy we hope he can be. But he has t come close to showing it yet.
I say go after anyone who might be able to keep this offense clicking when JB leaves.

But the coaches see a lot more of the guy than we do.
Still, King may be worth having to figure out a QB again in 2021.

I think it's more due to the fact that 4 games into the season King is quitting on his team. It's not like he isn't playing or has been benched. Houston is struggling so he's jumping ship. It's just not a good look for him.

kind sucks but it is a business decisions
he has had 3 HCs in 4 years and 4 OCs, played 3 positions.

i definitely want to bring a transfer qb in after this year. not sold on brennan whatsoever. the competition that would bring might also make him better

The downvotes must be from fools that haven’t seen this kid play, or just don’t understand football. This kid is a freak of nature, especially with his feet. Makes Manzeil look like a child.

Is his Oline bad? Maybe he doesn’t want to risk injury.

1) we would have to only sign 24 players in our recruiting class to have room for a transfer. If you are paying attention on that front, it is unlikely that we will sign less than 25.
2) I went to the Tulane game and the kid is incredibly inaccurate. Unless it was a 10 yard bullet, he couldn't hit the WR.

Here's my take: Holgorsen met w King and King decided to sit out and "evaluate" his options. Holgorsen said o.k. I'll just let me son run the offense for rest of year. We're good!
