That's also why public schools still will have no chance in the non select 4A division. Those New Orleans charter schools have that division locked up.

Interestingly, charter schools should be Selects, right? I mean they do not have a true attendance zone like public schools, and students have to test-in or meet admissions criteria, yes?
Is not Byrd in Caddo Parish a charter and playing select? Why do L/W, Karr, and Warren Easton get classified as non-select?
