Most of the sports bars around here don't open until 12:00, and the former LSU establishment (Woodrow's, on Chimney Rock), is a thing of the past. Please help.

Is it still called that? I went down Shepherd a few weeks ago and didn't see any Little Woodrow's

The Woodrow’s on Shepard is just south of Washington on the right. Can’t miss it.

I believe there used to be another one on Durham just north of Washington but it’s something else now.

Edit: Woody’s Shepard also opens at 11 on the weekends and is definitely the official LSU Houston alumni bar for watching LSU games. It was also just recently renovated

And it was fricking wild. The whole place was LSU with the odd UT fan hiding his or her face. The played Neck 10x and Tiger Rag and the Alma Mater. Also heard Those Four Notes to start the game. Had the sound on for the game, too.

It's the official LSU alumni bar for gameday.

Never understood why people like watching games at restaurants or bars, unless it's a super unique spot. Have some friends over and watch it on TV or on one of the illegal streams

LTs for you if Barker Cypress and 290.

The area is overloaded with LSU fans don't have to go far. Our subdivision has 1,000 homes and over 100 in our LSU tailgate group for the subdivision
