He’s 17-12 as a starter. Teddy went 6-6 his rookie year after starting 12 games. In year 2 he went 11-5 and led the Viking to the playoffs. He’s 0-1 as a starter with the Saints. Give him time to practice with the 1’s and for CSP to implement a game plan that utilizes his skills.

Guessing he will surprise a whole lot of fans this week. Seattle is a tough place for anyone to play, but do not overlook this guy was a Pro Bowl QB just a few years ago.

CSP is smart enough to call plays to his strengths.
He's different than Drew. Reps with the 1's will gradually see benefit.

I just can’t say our defense is complete trash after 2 games. Players barely play pre-season anymore so it takes time for players to jell together. It was 3-3 at halftime Sunday and our offense did nothing. Also the D had a TD called back which completely changed momentum. Btw, Teddy was thrown into the fire against a very good D. Give the man a week of preparation and time to mentally prepare before writing him off

I understand you’re upset about Drew, but you don’t make the pro bowl if you suck. I’m not saying he’s gonna light it up or anything. However, I think he’ll be able to manage the games well enough to win. Andy Dalton lit up the Seahawks week 1 and he’s not much better.

He doesn’t suck but you should know one pro bowl selection doesn’t mean shite. He was like the 2nd or 3rd alternative. He was a game manager (numerous games with around 150 yards) that season on a team that featured the no. 5 scoring defense.

He sucks and lacks confidence. I would rather take my chances with Hill.

I want to give him a week of full practice and the benefit of the doubt. Going into the Line is a buzz saw though.

Speaking of this the Saints are going to have to do better in the run game to be able to succeed with Teddy . Not going to be able to throw it all on his shoulders like Brees.

Bridge cant read the Defense in a timely manner much less with accuracy and react accordingly to the opposition. This alone is a minus for me he has done nothing that has impressed me or give me hope,
