Purchased this mouse last month, this morning it worked for about 5 minutes, then just quit. Batteries are still good, tried unpairing and re-pairing, but the bluetooth connection wasn't showing up on my laptop.

Anyone else have trouble with this mouse?

TIA

What are you pairing it with? Mine always worked well with my MS Surface. However, with my MacBook I have to 'forget' it and re-pair every time I want to use it. I can't just crack it and start using it again...

Pairing it with my Asus Laptop. It's worked well and haven't had any issues until this morning. Very weird. It was like the batteries stopped working, but they were fully charged. "Forgot" device on my laptop and tried to re-pair and the mouse never showed up to pair.

I just had this problem. I had to restart my laptop and let it do the updates as well. When laptop came back up paired it with my mouse and works fine now.

Weird. I ran updates this morning. After it rebooted, that's when it quit working.

Might need to roll back the Bluetooth driver... will anything pair with the laptop? And will the mouse pair with anything else?

I finally got it working last night. Could have been the update issue. So I restarted everything. Bluetooth finally picked up the mouse.

It sounds like there may have been something along the lines of a Windows update as well as a separate driver update but one was dependent on the other being installed first but both requiring reboots to finish their installations.
