Vizio TV repair in BR

I bought a 65" P65 Vizio 9 months ago from newegg. Product has been fantastic until last week when it just shows the vizio logo for about 30 seconds.. screen goes black and it restarts.. I've tried everything from holding down every button, letting it sit for an hour.. everything I could find. I contacted Vizio and they said because it is refurbished they can't / won't do anything. I've never had trouble with a refurbished product before but I guess I learned my lesson?
Anyway.. I'm guessing this this is a total loss, but is there anyone in BR that does this kind of work in home?
Thanks

Before tossing you might unplug and let TV sit a couple days then give it a try again.
This recently worked for me by accident. Woke up after a night of lighting/storms to a dead TV, nothing at all worked, so unplugged and bought a new one the next weekend. On a lark retried the original and it went back to being normal. Had also tried letting it sit un-powered all day but that didn't do it.

Did you reach out to newegg at all? I'm curious what they would say about it.

Yeah, gave that a week, still doing it.
It's bothersome bc the screen and all works perfectly.

Sounds like the same issue I had earlier this year.
Mine was ~3 years old. It ended up being a malfunction with the motherboard. It kept telling the the TV to reset. I came across some forums at the time where some people had success doing a hard restart on the TV but it never worked for me.
It came down to a $200-$300 parts and labor fix or a new bigger TV for $700. I went new TV

Who did you call for the repair?

Call Vizio. If it's only 3 months old they should have a manufacturer warranty of 1 year and a repair shop who'd do it for you for free.

Give it a try with an hdmi cord to be a computer monitor.
I use a 48” visio that’s great for streaming on my desktop.

Look up the motherboard on eBay using the tv model number. See what the cost is and decide if the risk of it not being the mother board and losing that money is one you’re willing to take. You can replace the motherboard and other components on many TVs yourself. Shouldn’t be too hard to do.

My Vizio recently received a update to the programming. Is the tv connected to your internet?? If not you may connect it and go through settings on your remote to update it

I've got an M65 I bought back in 2015 that started doing this earlier this year. First it was just showing the logo and then powering off and then back on. Now it goes through all kinds of shite so expect it to get worse. Powers on and off for 20-30 minutes each time showing something different. The logo, or a square with color bars where the logo was, or a black screen, or a half video image/half black screen.
Went through all the bullshite tech support troubleshooting tips with no success. I'll probably replace it when the tvs go on sale before the Super Bowl in a few months.

If you're somewhat handy, try Shop_Jimmy. You'll need complete model no. to find the compatible power supply and video boards.
Did this to my Samsung in 2015 after a lightning strike - still going strong.
