We need to evaluate our nutrition program relative to cramps. I'm not buying the heat or turf or scoring too fast. It was a tight race on who could score fastest. LSU won that one. To have players leaving the field during the game to get IV's needs to be evaluated. As usual, we aren't and won't be as physical against top tier teams as we saw last night. Thank God that we have this lethal offense executed by the best qb ever at LSU to bail the D out. Moffitt is a serious liability and needs to get run at some point.

Yeah, it definitely wasn’t 100+ degrees last night, and the second game of the season, with guys giving it everything they had.

You’re getting downvoted, but I agree. Was clearly a much larger problem for LSU, why?

Also, can we get the medical tent on the sideline the way the NFL does. Critical time wasted walking to the locker room.

TX showed no signs of this. If I recall, they were playing on the same field.

man, our D was gassed. tejas held the ball more for over 8 minutes more; all in the second half. and this was in upper 90's heat.

Defense did it to themselves not stopping Texas on 3rd down...how many 3rd and 5+ did they convert last night.

Dry heat and Humid heat are different too...35% humidity last night...there losing a shite ton more sweat than they are used to.

Gotta put the facts out there. Not taking anything away from the biggest win in years. These kids played their guts out, great effort. Just pointing out a couple of the biggest non player liabilities.

I could not understand why we were cramping yet the Texas players were not. Both teams practice in heat.

People.....enough with the cramping nonsense. it was 100° plus yesterday in Austin, it is going to be 100° plus today...this isn't Louisiana heat. This is a whole different type of suck. 50% of the "cramps" were just players gaming the offense so that UT couldn't get in to rhythm more than they already were. Think about this also, LeBron James had cramping issues playing indoors at low 90° temps.

Stfu dude your stupid and this post is stupid. Think about it for a second we run a high tempo offense when you run a high tempo offense the downfall will and always will be your defense has to go right back out there so fast and 2 guys that came off the field was not because of cramps (divinity and Lawrence) these were actual injuries
