It looks terrible. It cracks. It is cold and uncomfortable. It requires regular maintenance to keep grout sealed, etc.
If water is a concern, I am only interested in vinyl plank. Looks good. Easy to replace. Soft on the feet. No maintenance. Not frigid cold in winter. Overall it just looks better too.

I’ve heard from a few folks that vinyl flooring brings down the value of your house.
