Just watched the end of the match at lunch, and it was a bloodbath. He made the other guy look like a weekend tennis club player.

Likely higher ranked than anyone Nadal will face on his path to the finals

Nadal and Federer’s paths have opened up. Joker is on Fed’s side though....Nadal might get a run from Kyrgios, if he doesn’t have another meltdown.

Kind of amazing to think about how many trophies Fed and Nadal could have if not for each other.

Is it?

Fed leads 11-9 on hard

Fed leads 3-1 on grass

Nadal leads 14-2 on clay

So yes, Nadal is better on clay

Fed vs Djok is a 6 year age gap. Seems kinda like a tough comparison, but he is 22-26, so its still right there. Fed leads 20-16 in slams

i'm not sure how else you'll compare it though.

let's say djoker gets more slams than fed, and also holds the record for weeks at #1.

so...what would fed have over him as goat?

Then he would rightfully hold the GOAT title

So 16-24?

Cool.

Yeh, cool

Imagine they played 16 times on grass like they have on clay, instead of 4.......

Lets keep the ratios the same

11-9 Fed on hard

12-4 fed on grass

4-0 Nadal on clay

You are too derpy to care

Bobby's level of hero worship for Nadal is strange

Not judging, but the gays are a large percentage of Nadal’s fanbase. I think it started w his Capri pants.

Today Federer beat the #16 player, Goffin, 6-2, 6-2, 6-0. #Domination

Definitely for now, but his brutal choke to djoker at Wimby will allow Novak to become GOAT in 5 or 6 years if he starts racking up Slammies again.

That match was insanely important for GOAT rights. If Fed hangs on and wins that at his age, I do believe that would have inoculated him from Novak’s eventual career numbers.
