Is the card in her name vs yours? Her rating may be significantly lower than yours, thus the paltry increases.

The JCP, Kohls, and Chase are in her name, the Lowes, Home Depot, and Bank of America are in my name. I am an authorized user on Chase and JCP. We both use the Chase card a good but, I rarely use the JCP Card. She is an authorized user on the Home Dept card, but never uses it. The BoA I use only for work expenses.

Our credit scores are pretty much always within 10 points of each other - generally in the 780 to 790 range.

Did she get it when her score was much lower? Are you sure her score is still that high?
