This. I think all pro racing drivers should be considered legit athletes, but after guys that do shite like MotoGP I figure F1 has to be next up for best racing athletes. The physicality combined with the intelligence needed to drive an F1 car is unreal.

Old Top Gear had an episode where Richard Hammond tried to drive an F1 car, really put in perspective how difficult those things are just to get moving, let alone drive at any speed.
