A lot of truth in this statement. Most Americans don't want to do hard work like agricultural work. I know that I surely don't. That's why I went to college so I can sit my lazy arse in the A/C and work on a computer 4 to 5 hours per day and play around on TD 4 to 5 hours per day.

Drug tests are stupid. If they do the job properly, then it is none of your business what they do off the clock. There are a lot of people that use drugs that are competent workers. You artificially limit your applicant pool and then complain about not being able to find workers. Are you one of those people in the documentaries that complains about not being able to find American workers because the homeless mental case you offered a job to said no?
Do you really think your hispanics don't get drunk after work? Drugs are ok, as long as it is government approved drugs, apparently.

Hate to say it... But the OP is pretty spot on.. A lot of American youth are spolied.. Don;t want to work.. Play games.. Won;t get off tier phone.. Feel entitled.. Undependable.. ETC..

Unless he tests them each day to see if they are drunk then how does all that said not apply to alcohol? Couldn’t all that happen if a guy drank a couple of beers in the way to work?

I have barely functioning retarded people working for me because unemployment is at a number that you can almost only get people that don't want to work.
Everyday I have customers ask me if I know ANYONE looking for work because they can't staff their jobs.
People turning down work because they can't staff the job.
But frick him because he is going the legal route to obtain workers? What is wrong with people?
