I saw a lot of players and parents of players saying good things about him on social media. Honestly hadn’t heard of him until this year. I saw a photo of him cutting up some watermelon for the players yesterday.

Cut a mean watermelon for the parents and recruits.

Coach Nader knows where all the bones are buried, they can't get rid of him

Whatever the hell he wants.
He's an LSU legend. Auburn grad, but LSU legend.

He survives coaching changes. That’s the most important thing he does.

This. He knows where all the bodies are buried and hides the skeletons in the closet. He and a couple of others have kept us from being the showcase of an ESPN 30 on 30 special that would rival the Pony Express for an expose. Alabama could have used someone like him circa 2000 and Ole Miss a few years ago as well.

I wasn’t saying that at all. I genuinely just want background on the guy How is someone an employee for 45 years and stay that far under the radar?

He was the JV coach when LSU had a JV football team.

But, seriously, Nader is one of the nicest men you'll ever meet.
I think he may be Buckeye Jeaux's inside contact because I think it would take the World's Nicest Man to not immediately throat-punch Buckeye Jeaux.

It was explained to you. We could show you pics if we had access to the safe which he has the combination for and no one but maybe two other folks have.

Nader is LSU’s Assistant Athletic Director for Football Operations, a position he was elevated to during the summer of 2000. During his time at LSU, Nader has been part of two national championships, six SEC titles and 30 bowl games.
Nader is responsible for overseeing all of the day-to-day administrative duties for the LSU football team.
Nader joined the LSU staff as a graduate assistant in 1975 and was hired by head coach Charles McClendon as a full-time assistant coach in 1977. He was named recruiting coordinator in 1980 and served in that role through the 1993 season.
When the NCAA eliminated the recruiting coordinator’s position, Nader assumed the position of administrative assistant for football operations in 1994 and remained in that role, where he handled a myriad of responsibilities for the LSU football program, until his promotion to assistant athletic director in 2000.
Nader is married to the former Ann Gardner of Montgomery, Alabama, and they have three children, Breaux, Lauren and John Ryan, and five granddaughters, Brooks Claire, Mary Holland, Grace Ann, and Sarah Jane, who are the daughters of Breaux and his wife Holland, and Alyssa, who is the daughter of John Ryan.

I’ve known Sam 30 years. He’s the ultimate nice guy. His contributions to all the coaches come in many forms. He is the best at organizing staff relations with both players and influential boosters at many functions . A true jewel held in very high regard by all that know him.

Nader does everything. It will be very difficult to replace him.

He’s a political activist known for his for involvement in consumer protection, environmentalism and government reform causes. It was purported on an episode of Sanford and Son that he was also involved in antique toilets.

He probably minds his own business, which is why he hs been there so long.
Maybe you could learn something from him?

When my buddy walked on in the mid 2000's Nader was his contact for submitting film, etc. When Les won coach of the year, my company was asked to come look at designing a trophy case for him, Nader was my contact and met me at football ops to show me where and what they wanted. I've also seen him at Texas De Brazil on one of the big recruiting weekends with all the coaches and players.
TLDR: he does everything
