If you can get on a Par3 and you have a decent golfer in your company you can do a "Beat Me" contest.
You (or your coworker) hit a ball with every group.
Anyone in that group that gets closer than you, give them a sleeve of your company logo balls.
They can also choose to play from your spot in the scramble if they are not closer than you.
WIN-WIN

My company does this in our annual charity scramble. The executives are all good golfers and sit on the par 3's drinking beer all day trying to get closer to the pin than every group.
They hit the same shot all day so they're really good at it. But towards the end of the round, they're drunk. So its a curve. You want to get them either really early or really late
I played in one tournament where they had a set of clubs that were cut down to about 2 ft. long shafts and you could wager $5 at 10 to 1 (win $50) if you get within a certain radius of the pin that was painted off in a circle.
It was IMPOSSIBLE , but of course everyone tried it. The money lost went to charity, if you won $50, the host of the tournament paid you, it didn't come out of the charity bucket.
ETA:
And they'd let each person try twice, but the second try was $10 (still 10 to 1)
