If you type “I vote Democrat” it will auto capitalize the D in Democrat for you.
If you type “I vote republican” it does not auto capitalize the R in Republican.

Autocorrect, like Google ads, are dependent upon the user's own "uses". Obviously, there are some common autocorrects. But, not everyone's experience will be the same.
