Hey folks, I am JackTheRipper, and I have no clue how to correctly use the words "over half" and "almost all".
Also, I am pretty vague on the concept of an ally, particularly ones in crucial, strategic locations.

Israel is a strategic liability.
We have no treaty obligations to Israel. Nor would they be interested in signing any such document.
