Flynn wasn’t charged or attempted to be charged as a co conspirator.
Neither you nor I have the foggiest clue as to what the Weissmann team attempted to charge Flynn with.

What happens when you play an anonymous 6-post PerryMason trying to squash discussion on a message board is you get called out for overstatement and unsubstantiated claims, as is the case here.

How about this, Mr.Mason?
How about simply telling folks what you understand the FACTS of the legal situation to be?
How about forwarding a few valid contributions, instead of plying your suppositions and guesses as fact while insulting others based on belief your guesses are indisputable in the real world?

The latest is that the prosecutors in another criminals trial tried to get around calling Flynn as a witness by arguing his statements were co conspirator statements which are admissible if in furtherance of a conspiracy and they pass the balancing test, not an attempt to charge an already convicted felon with anything. All your insults and petty partisan hacking blather won’t change that fact.
