was it some change in statewide law, or a local property tax issue?
If the latter, was there some change in the local ordinance or rate, or did the valuation of the home simply increase?
If the latter, are the Dems to blame for increases in property values?

Asking a question of the OP said the mtg went up due to tax increases...I’m simply asking what tax increased the mtg.
