I'm gonna have to disagree.
I don't carry, but if I did, and if some large man suddenly attacks me and my child and I find myself concerned for mine and/or my child's life, I would use my weapon.
Now the fact that the parents were also shot tells me something else went down.
Security footage and witnesses should clear this up. I doubt the cop is 100% innocent in this.

The small detail about the officer holding a toddler stands out to me. If i'm attacked by a Slingblade looking mfer while holding a child, my free hand is grabbing a weapon if it's available.

The cops know what to say to get away with murder. Only thing is that now there is a higher chance of having it all caught on video. Just another example of a blood lusting cop trying to get his dick hard. Hopefully they charge him to the max that the law allows. EDIT: Bunch of downvoting cucks defending the POS cop for murdering and attempting to murder people.

Objectively I would agree, and pulling out a gun in a crowded place like this is problematic especially if the cop was off duty. Details and statements from witnesses will be telling, although the cop shooting the parents , especially the mom does not look good. Mom does not look like a particularly threatening person
