By the way, there is no question that Russia worked to get Trump elected. U.S. intelligence agencies stated unequivocally in January 2017 that Russia interfered for the express purpose of boosting him and defeating his Democratic opponent, Hillary Clinton.

The same intelligence agencies that spied on Trump.

It's amazing they are still melting.

I find it laughable that they believe that a few Russian ads and shitposters were enough to counter the Democrat main stream media and the U.S. intelligence services to sway enough Americans to get Trump elected.

I find it interesting that “they” always talk about ‘intent’ and ‘attempts’ without ever discussing impact and effectiveness.
I mean, if I sent a letter to the editor to support a candidate against Pelosi, I ATTEMPTED and INTENDED to affect her race. Was I successful? Was it a MAJOR problem?
silliness

The Mueller report has findings that Russia did in fact try to interfere in our election. This should really be the focus from the investigation findings.
Did it swing the election to Trump? No
Did Trump and his team have anything to do with it? No
Hillary was/is unrelatable, unlikeable, and just got outworked by Trump because she was lazy and thought she was a “shoe” in.

It’s all they have.
I don’t think any of them actually can recall what the original accusations were.

The accepted under-narrative that Russia favored one Trump over Hillary has always been frustrating.
Logic dictates that Russia would have favored Hillary, a tried, tested and corrupt politician, over a businessman and that conventional wisdom indicated had little chance to win.
Plus they always leave out the attempted hacks on the RNC.

I don’t think theres much doubt they preferred dealing with Trump. Relations had all but frozen during Obama Administration and Putin hated Hillary for calling his election illegitimate.

Prior to Trump, I actually appreciated his inputs - usually contained some facts, logic, or rational analysis.
For the past 2 years all he does is regurgitated hot garbage introduced by "To me - - - - - - - - "
In the past 6 months, I just switch channels when he comes on - and I used to love the FIVE - but he is like a rotten turn floating in the punchbowl.

I dunno - Hillary was a known corrupt politician - all they would have to do to guide US foreign policy under HRC was to hand some money under the table.
I cannot imagine how they thought they'd manage Trump.
I believe that their goal was just to introduce chaos into the process - not favoring either side. They got lucky with the DNC server hack - but failed to penetrate the RNC because the RNC actually had robust cyber security implemented.
What garbage the hack revealed was not the fault of the Russians - if it exposed illicit behavior, then that is all on the DEMOCRATs = in fact the DEMOCRATs used to rejoice in illegal hacks that revealed bad behavior of GOPer. they only squeal when it their malfeasance that are revealed.

The Mueller Report doesn't and neither can anyone else. ALL we ever get is, "Russia interfered, yaddy-yadda". At no time does any evidence ever get presented that bolsters that argument.
Ever.
And yet you and the progs lap it up like kittens slurping up warm milk.

This is a great point. Apparently, according to the narrative, a few Facebook posts from some troll farm were more persuasive to Americans than wall to wall negative coverage by MSNBC, CNN, and the New York Times combined. That tells you something right there.. .

Considering a narrative created by a trash dossier that Russia could control Trump (which has been proven to be false), there is considerable doubt.

Putting a little too much into the ego thing here. Putin is a little tougher than that. I think he prefers uranium more than public adulation.
