What ever happened to Caleb Gilbert?

I thought he was hurt, but read an article about returning players next year, and it mentioned he never pitched this year because he couldn’t “rediscover his mechanics.”

Yips. It sucks for the guy, because he actually did something for the team besides post on a message board.

Shoulder was shot after surgery, never could get it back. He graduated in Civil Engineering.
