Yeah I get that. He was right to leave crossfit after Dave Castro insulted the frick out of him. But yeah, Rip seems to rub every person he brings into the SS fold the wrong way. He chased off Johnny Pain when Johnny started recommending programming other than the SS template. Same with Lasceck.
That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the SS boards when I was doing the program, and I always wish Rip well, even if he is kind of a stuck in his ways dick.

I've read some of Justin's stuff and he seems like a genuine guy, I think most of his advice is pretty sound IMO.
Not to derail the thread but I didn't know about Johnny Pain's previous association (and falling out) with Rippetoe/SS. I'm a big Greyskull fan but JP seems to have dropped off the earth recently, hope everything's alright with him.
