Trick question... they tied. what the hell happened to Cabrera. His one tool in his arsenal right now is rolling over to the right side and praying it finds a hole. too bad he doesnt have a decent hitting coach to help him

Yep I'd bet a lot that Cabrera would see the same kind of production development that Deichman did if he had a hitting coach like Cannizaro

PM said Cabrera had to have a great season for us to succeed this season. Once again PMs weak attempt at motivation backfired.
Way to put all the pressure on one player dumbass.

2 HRs in regional. Tied the game up tonight. Yeah he had a couple huge baserunning mistakes but he was far from useless this postseason.

Since those issues he’s really been a non factor. Maybe he can get it back.

Don’t quote me on this. But a source close to Cabrera said that Paul wanted him to hit more homeruns, so he wanted Daniel to start pulling everything. That’s where he went to shite.

Reid and Cabrera have both been garbage, but Reid has been way worse. Very disappointed in his complete no show.

Threads like this suck.

The kids had a bad game. At least they were on the field playing. What the frick did you do to help the team win?

I’m all for an honest assessment, but I don’t think throwing players under the bus is appropriate.

Criticism of the coaches? Sure.

But the kids gave it all they had. Unfortunately, their best wasn’t enough.

This isn’t church league softball. When you play on this stage you have to perform.. do you know what happens when “their best just wasn’t good enough” at the next level? (the level they all think their good enough to play at). They get fired... they should be happy that the worst thing that can happen after playing like crap is get called out by the fans

I’m disappointed too. So are the kids you’re calling out by name and trashing.

I just don’t think that’s necessary. Agree to disagree.

Cabrera has to be knicked. That’s the only real explanation I can think of.

PM said for us to succeed that Watson, Cabrera, and Smith needed to produce. not exactly a hot take to say your best players need to play well to win a championship.
