Great triage work by the hospital because of all the practice. Saw a special about this with charity hospital in NOrleans, same thing. Said 20 years ago these kids would never live, now they do, and many probably shouldnt, their quality of life is shat...but the tab to care for them the rest of their lives, on the taxpayer dime is very very expensive.
