Lyle Mouton and Big Ben were basketball/baseball, does that count? Mouton was a starter for both.
Oh and Spencer Ware played football/baseball too

He didn’t play baseball at LSU, I don’t believe. He played minor league baseball in the summer before returning to Baton Rouge in the fall. Kinda like Ricky Williams and Russell Wilson iirc.
And Chad Jones, while a big part of that ‘09 World Series run was never a “starter.” It’s just too hard to do both, That’s why the best recent answers to this are Witten and Jackson who punter and kicked, respectively.
