Hate speech is fine. It helps people figure out who to tune out.
Now if they go beyond hate speech and start a riot or directly call for attacks. It's moved beyond speech and we already have the laws and enforcement to deal with that.

It's almost as if they want the bigots to go into hiding, so no one can know they are bigots.
Also, though, I don't take an issue with college campuses not scheduling controversial speakers. You can say whatever you want, but free speech doesn't mean you are able to use any platform you wish. You can be turned away. I'm fine with that.

I’d like to see if there were similar polls from years past. Is this a new revelation? Or have young people always leaned liberal?
I’d imagine a lot of these people’s political views will mature as they start making money
