Paris Johnson Official Visit

The Paris Johnson visit went extremely well and it tightened the race between LSU and Ohio St. He enjoyed the Country Fest and the family atmosphere.
Another thing is that Paris Johnson’s mother really enjoyed the visit.

True, but now he heads back home to Ohio. We'll know where we stand once OSU makes their counter in the coming days/weeks leading into his OV there.

Vol do you think If Darrion Henry goes to OSU Johnson will stick as well? I think they will both make their decision after their OSU visit

Despite who he chooses (obviously we all want it to be LSU), recruiting is moving in the right direction. Just having a player of his caliber from Ohio coming on an official visit and the fact most people are saying it’s an OSU and LSU race shows that what the program is doing is working.

Gave him something to really think about. Probably still OSU, but recruiting can get crazy. LSU has put themselves right there in the mix for one of the best OT in the country. In general, we are working our asses off on the trail. Simple as that.

Absolutely. We have an ace recruiter in O and then there is Busch and Brady added to the recruiting mix. And never minimize the impact of Woodward.
Now we have a respected AD who has the attention of the money people - the folks who are the financiers of the funny games that are necessary in recruiting. When Miles started tailing off post 1-9-12 bagmen were lean. When there was lack of confidence in the AD's office the support was not unified. Now we are unified. The Woodward effect is real!
