Always loved A Man With Two Brains.

Planes, Trains & Automobiles
Posted on 5/24/19 at 11:45 pm to fitzgerald16
“Dirty Rotten Scoundrels” is my favorite, but “Bowfinger” is up there as well. Honestly, not a huge fan of “Planes, Trains, and Automobiles” or the “Father of the Bride” movies.

GOTCHA SUCKER!
I kid, I love Bowfinger, just not as much as some other Martin movies.

This would be the answer for most mainstream audiences it's one of those movies that pretty much everyone can watch and enjoy.

Bowfinger, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and All of Me would be my favorites.

The only correct answer is The Jerk.

I’ll go with the Jerk as the best. I forgot about My blue heaven. I wonder if it’s aged well. I remember liking it as a kid.

Roxanne. Great performance.

Trains planes and automobiles. Was a classic. Loved it watched it 100 times never gets old

Roxanne never fails to make me laugh. His nose insult riff about a third into the movie or so is gold. Plus. It had prime Darryl Hannah before she went off the deep end later in life with plastic. She was drop dead gorgeous.
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels is prolly the best though.

All are good but has anyone seen The Spanish Prisoner?

I am a fan of Steve Martin in general, but this is probably my top choice.

The Jerk
It's definitely his biggest classic.

Great movie. Not a Martin vehicle, but great.
I think his only misstep was the Pink Panther thing.

1A The Jerk
1B Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid
1C The Man With Two Brains
Not much of a drop off.
No coincidence, Carl Reiner directed all 3.
