I have never ridden crazy stuff, but even the rooty and hilly areas north of Houston have enough features to destroy a cheap bike after a few rides. The suspension on a Walmart bike is for show. Would not trust it when needed. Are bikes overpriced.....sure. But box store bikes are not really meant for serious riding.
