Flying via SW
If you had to choose best food regardless of any budget
Maybe at least a couple nice restaurants and the rest just good beach food.
Not just seafood, but all cuisines
5 nights
Enough?

Anguilla has the best overall food in my opinion of the 10-12 Islands I’ve been too. From roadside BBQ to high end. As a bonus, it also world class beaches.
Have also heard St. Barths, but never been.
Edit: didn’t see the SW comment. Don’t know where they fly

Belize has good food as they are some of the originators of the creole cuisine. SW flies there. They have upscale resorts or budget lodging.
But the cuisine is not very varied. Lobster, shrimp, fish, etc.

Tulum, MX has a great food scene. A lot of famous chefs retired down there. Plus, you can head into the city for solid Mexican street food.

Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Coco Bistro. Nuff said.
St Barths- high end food for high end people
St John, USVI
Peter Island, BVI
Anguilla is awesome
The French side of St Martin - seriously, just pick a restaurant
St Croix has a lot of really good restaurants
Isla Mujeres - seriously great Mexican food that’s cheap
There are a bazillion great restaurants in the Caribbean depending on your likes. There are also a lot of different ways food is prepared down there.

What’s your budget? We liked Ramon’s Village right by downtown. Captain Morgan’s is also close to town and has the latest night scene on the island.

Thanks All.
VA - I’ve done the Provo trip (Grace Bay Club) and had dinner at Coco. We love Provo and now looking for something similar, but different.
HGG - thanks for the details.

Barbados had some really great food all along the eastern coast. Anything from local shacks to very upscale restaurants.

We ate there on our trip last June. Very good food. The best food we ate there was this pretty casual restaurant that had a live band in the front. They served a pasta lobster dish with caviar that was out of this world.
