Just wanted to remind everyone - Barack Obama can be tried and convicted

He can be placed on trial and convicted for his spying operations. This would be an executive and judicial branch only and there would be no need for Congress.
Former Presidents are not immune for their actions while president and there is no need for any impeachment proceedings.
This is why Ford gave Nixon a pardon.

I’m sort of fine if he’s pardoned. I’d like to see him pardoned after found guilty by a jury and spending few weeks in jail after we watch him perpwalked in shackles and an orange jumpsuit during halftime of the Super Bowl.
