Starting to think that Spurs and Arsenal are just screwing with each other at this point and will end with neither of them signing anyone.

Come on SCH you have to laugh at your front office’s own shortcomings every once in a while

I’m just glad we shattered our own transfer record like 4 times now so I don’t have to keep hearing how Andy Carroll is our record signing

Villa now smack bang on the £100million mark

A great summer and anyone who compares it to Fulham is Low IQ.

Big fan of our business this window

Giovani Lo Celso - a reported target for Tottenham and Manchester United - has informed Real Betis he wants a summer exit, say reports.

ABC de Sevilla say the Argentine is happy at the club and in the city of Seville but he has told the club he would like a move to further his sporting career and opportunities.

Spurs have reportedly made a bid in the region of €60m for the highly-rated midfielder, with BBC Sport outlining the details of the bid, although Betis hold a €100m release clause.

When did Juve get all this damn money? I guess they've been quietly dominating Serie A and doing well in UCL but still...

I guess they do a fair amount of free transfer business but Ramsey's wages are stupid as well.

Honestly hope he does well. I think he'll thrive in Atleti's system.

Newcastle are on the verge of signing Hoffenheim striker Joelinton for a club record fee of £36million.

Dharmesh Sheth has an update for us on the Transfer Show.

“We’ve heard lots of unhappy Newcastle fans but on the flip side, there’s some good news. Joelinton was left out of Hoffenheim’s pre season match today and has revealed he’s in concrete talks with a Premier League club, we believe it to be Newcastle. The fee could be as high as £36million – that would obliterate their transfer record when they paid £21million for Miguel Almiron.

“Joelinton has been scouted by Newcastle for the past few months. However, we’ve been told that Rafa Benitez wasn’t the biggest fan.”
