No, but if you care to dig through the trial documents you may find it. They are rather voluminous as one might expect.

It is like the oft used quip, it isn't the crime it is the coverup. Coverups really wake juries up. They will "sleep" though days of expert witness testimony but drop an internal doc or email that suggests foul play was afoot and they pop a boner like they just mainlined viagra.

Or they were just protecting themselves from possible Workmans Comp claims. All companies have exaggerated safety practices for their employees due to this.
It's actually very smart considering how many people just want to sue a large company for a payout.

my grandfather worked at the monsanto plant near luling most of his life and retired there, he would always use roundup for killing weeds in his yard, he would mix it from concentrate
