Glad you didn't believe that bull shite story. Whats bad is that I don't have 4 or 5 crab traps to earn a living, just wanna have a crab boil at the camp and thieves gotta frick that up.

I run 10 from time to time in the Robinson canal area. One time I set out my traps in an area of the lake with no other floats. Came back the next day to a commercial guy’s traps next to each of mine and my bait had been emptied. Had a couple stolen too and at about $25 each rigged it is frustrating. Prior to BP I could catch enough to boil with ten traps now I am lucky to have 3 dozen after 24-30 hours

maybe you should just buy crabs from the crabber?


We just get them from a crabber we know down Dularge. Usually go find him while we are fishing. He always takes good care of us.

Probably doesn't hurt that my brother also brings him a couple of deer during deer season. He seems to really appreciate that.
