Think of any tariffs as a tax created by unions or regulatory laws which increase the cost of doing business in the US.

I won't be paying any tariffs on Chinese crap.
I am not going to claim that I have never bought any Chinese stuff,( I actually bought a Chinese made Epiphone Wildcat guitar a few days ago. I wish it had cost more money, and had been built in The U.S.. It would be a better product and would hold it's value better. Maybe Gibson will start building them here now, I would definitely pay triple the price, for a U.S. made one.) but it is damn rare that I do anything like that.

Basically the world is living off of the back of the American taxpayer and our government has allowed this to happen. Its pathetic and we are fricking idiots for paying taxes. The people that have been in Washington for years are fricking thieves.
