He knows better but its politcilly cool to make a false statemetn. Puerto Rico was in poor shape before the hurricane and has squandred much of the federal aid through incomepetence and corruption.

He is a fcking idiot. Puerto Rican thiefs have gotten more disaster relief than other disasters. The problems are the thiefs in their govts.
