I added a back porch onto my house and apparently he is unhappy about it. He now is raising his blinds and curtains, has a college kid lights around the windows and a disco light going in one room with a mannequin staring into my deck from one window. Every time I have people over he is staring at us through one of the windows. We waved at him last night and he started muttering something (couldn't hear) and looked like throwing up gang signs or something. (he's like mid 60s)
Literally stared at us for 3 hours. I'd just rather not have to deal with the creepy crazy old guy who lives off the rent of 5 other men in his house staring at me and making obscene gestures at me all the time.
