Recently Got A Big Smoker

I've done 2 cooks so far, both ribs, and had a great time doing it. Meat turned out really well both times.
I'm having trouble deciding what to do next. For Mother's Day, I'm having Mom, Nana, Fiance's Mom, and several other family members (around 10 total) for a BBQ this weekend.
I want to try some sides this time, was thinking Smoked Mac n Cheese and Smoked Baked Beans.
Struggling to decide what meat to do next. Whole chickens, pork shoulder, brisket, more ribs? What should I try? I also want to start using the smoker for meal prepping for the week. Taking lunch to work and eating left overs should keep this a cost neutral or even money saving hobby.
Any advice at all would be appreciated, as I mentioned I am very new to cooking on a smoker and am open to suggestions. Thanks!

If you eat barbecue every day you will die
But to your original question, pulled pork is an easy choice and feeds a bunch of people. Will go great with those sides

Didn’t say don’t eat it. Just not everyday

Easy, do a butt. I use leftovers in white or red beans.

Pork loins and prime rib are delicious and don't take as much time as brisket- butts-ribs
Smoke a week worth of thighs for meal prep

Smoke some whole chickens and the sides.

I meal prep smoke chicken thighs or quarters all the time. Easy, can cook in bulk, and not as much mess in the kitchen.
Just don't coat them in sugary BBQ sauce full of high fructose corn syrup and you're good.

get you some whole on the bone turkey breast, should be about 9 or 10 lbs. you want the whole breast on the keel bone. season like you like and start on a 400 degree pit, letting it coast down to 300 or so with some mild smoke (pecan/apple/cherry/etc). pull when the breast hits 155- 160 then rest
you'll be eating the best turkey sammiches ever

The smoker itself isn't huge, but a decent size. The trailer is great though. It sat in the woods for 2 years, so all the wood surfaces need to be replaced. Should give me a good project in the fall/winter when it's cool outside.
Thanks for the tips here everyone! I think I'm gonna do some whole chickens and a pork shoulder or pork butt for mothers day family BBQ. I'll post some pics and let everyone know how it goes.
