Woodward isn't stupid. He won't can Orgeron, if the Tigers underachieve, unless he gets an elite coach in place ahead of time. We aren't dealing with Alleva anymore. Woodward has his shite together.

If you think that sitting in on film study by alleva was ok, you surely have a screwed up concept of what an AD's job duties are. The proof is in the pudding, what is Alleva doing now? He fell into the failure column as an AD according to your criteria. The guy was a monumental failure and nutless douchebag that was "not" a good ambassador for the university.

Orgeron may be under pressure because he was Alleva’s choice not Woodward. He must win the SEC this year. Ending the season 3rd in the West won’t cut it this year.

Pure speculation on your part. Nobody knows what will happen in the SEC this year. For all we know Bama and Auburn could both make the playoffs.
The bottom line is that RIGHT NOW, the only LSU coach that should be under pressure is Coach Wade. And it is not just because of LSU having a new AD. And maybe Fargas but her recruiting class this year should buy her at least another season.

And you think Auburn making the playoffs would fare well for the coach?
That'd mean we'd have to lose to them, at home, in a year where we have the most returning production and a senior QB.
This is it brother. He doesn't deliver this year that seat's going to be hot for 2020 when he has to break in a new QB.

The women’s basketball team was neutered BEFORE Fargas was hired. The program is coming back - great recruits have been added each year, and for 2019-20, the top two Louisiana players and the # 5 JUCO player will add solid scoring strength to the team. Show support for these young ladies!
