The Speed Limit On I-10 at Bullard is 60 MPH.
It changes from 70 MPH down to 60 MPH at the Paris Road Interchange East of Bullard.

He actually got me right before I went through the 510 interchange. I didn’t think he was going to bust me but then when I got closer to Bullard he came flying up behind me about 100 mph. so I should have said I was pulled over closer to Bullard. this was about 9am on a Saturday morning.
