Yes, it’s brutal this year. I was lethargic the first 2 weeks in April.

yep, I was sneezing my arse off last week when the wind was blowing. I did try some nasacort spray that has helped some.

Allegra D over the counter is stronger than claritin, zyrtec, benadryl so give it a shot. Also consuming local honey may help you as well.

I guess I'm not the norm. Thankfully, I don't get colds hardly ever. For change of seasons, I'm never looking or expecting the pollen to be an issue and it never is an issue for me.

My theory is that if it's a beautiful spring day and someone's first thought is, "oh God, here comes the pollen"....as opposed to, "wow what a beautiful day"
You get what you allow to consume your thoughts?

Yeah it was brutal earlier but Flonase and Claritin has cleared it up. Sometimes switching up your allergy med can help if you’ve been taking one for a long time.

Not real bad, but it does affect my sinuses with all the oak tree pollen of late. I live right off Banks St. in N.O. and it is lined with huge oak trees that find every outdoor surface covered in yellow pollen this time of year.

I made pollen my bitch this spring so far. Working outside in yard almost daily. Taking allergy meds before bed instead of early am is actually working better for me for now.

No lie thought I had brain tumor. Would get dizzy and headaches for days. Turns out it was allergies. That’s how bad it is this year.

I rarely have this problem, but I do spray my nose with saline mist from time to time to help clean out my nose.

I’ve had allergies all my life and even went to an allergist for 3 years. Nothing would help. I’m a big milk drinker and decided to try something my wife was drinking.

I haven’t had a sinus infection or allergy attack in over a year now. I’ve taken Claritin, Flonase, steroid inhalers and other shite in the past. I haven’t taken anything for the last year.

I take Zyrtec every day and have no problems. I also took years of allergy shots, have had multiple tests over the years, and have tried just about everything but Zyrtec works best for me. The key is taking it daily in order for it to work.
