Things can change depending if UCLA shifts gears on who they really hire. I can guarantee the new person will run things much differently than what Mrs. Val did. LSU is still actively recruiting her. LSU did not stop when Kiya Johnson committed to Georgia in 2016 under Danna Durante. Now she is heading to LSU.
That said I would prefer JaFree Scott or Leanne Wong over Jeffrey.
