Just thinking out loud.

So destroying subpoenaed evidence in the midst of a criminal investigation isnt obstruction, but being frustrated with your AG is?
Perfectly logical.
Perfectly logical.

How about accidentally spilling some bleach bit on the hard drive while cleaning your bathroom?

Unless it's backed up then yeah it should

Absolutely does.
I want charges filed and execution for treason to immediately follow the prosecution.

What about smashing devices with a hammer?

Dont bother with the obvious questions and obvious answers, for your own wellbeing. Of course it's obstruction, but you're going to drive yourself crazy trying to make any sense of the utter nonsense and the out-in-the-open ignoring of these things...if you haven't already. Im trying to fight it myself.

They were doing renovations and it was clearly a construction accident. You are racist if you imply otherwise.

Depends upon what is on the drive

Pretty sure that China, Russia, well....just about anyone who wanted it, has it.

Probably just yoga schedules and wedding plans, but once it's subpoenaed it doesn't matter.
