n light of the devastating fire at the Notre Dame de Paris, Ubisoft wants to give all gamers the chance to experience the majesty and beauty of the cathedral through Assassin's Creed Unity on PC.

From April 17th at 10:00 to April 25th at 03:00 (your local time). you can download Assassin's Creed Unity on PC for free here, and you’ll own it forever in your Uplay games library.

We encourage all of you who want to help with the restoration and reconstruction of the Cathedral to join Ubisoft in donating." - Ubisoft

Yeah I stopped playing AC a long time ago. I just thought I'd share the news.

By allowing them to murder people in it

This was the AC that killed my interests for the series until Odyssey was released.

I thought Origins was pretty good, and then they just expounded on the good ideas in Odyssey.

Those games have improved.

Origins was the first decent addition in the series since Black Flag. Unity, not so much.

I wouldn't think Unity is so bad now that they've fixed most of the bugs and framerate issues.

This and black flag cane free with my Xbox one

Of course that was way back before there was a slim or X

I think the cathedral is where the game starts to pick up and where you become the assassin. I don’t remember though. I put the controller down on this one not long after that

Maybe so. The format in theory sounds cool.

Maybe I should fire it up.. maybe.

Those damn ship battles really took me out of the game.

It was too forced. Some forts are really hard on normal or take 30mins to complete. Wasn't a fan of that playstyle.

Yeah no doubt they have, I think I stopped right at black flag, I didn't even finish it. I felt the game series just got so repetitive just different time period etc...but its a sandbox so yeah.
