President Trump tweeted this in the heat of the moment
Someone in the MSM had on a firefighter to debunk this theory working, like a big "gotcha" to President Trump. (The same lady that did the "2 scoops of ice cream", CNN breaking news)

It really is pathetic.
The word "perhaps" means something.
It's pretty obvious he was simply offering a personal thought.
Either way, I wasn't aware that French fire-fighting units referred to the POTUS's twitter account for tactics and strategy.

At least he had some idea of taking some kind of action to try to fix a problem. MSM only wanted to milk the problem for all the advertising views possible. MSM is more than happy to stand there and do nothing while tragedy occurs.
