as others said, its most likely they were just stunted and need time to bounce back.
let it ride and dont try to do anything to help them or that could further stress them
im betting in a week or two they bounce right back

My biggest fear would be they floated up and got swept away. I’d search an area that you planted larger seeds that should be easy to find and see if they are still there
